Blackberry-Chia-Nut Smoothie

Simple and delicious, this blackberry chia nut smoothie is a refreshing combination of nuts and blackberries. It’s packed with fiber to keep you full for a long time and the Blackberries will provide you with ample amounts of Vitamin C, A, and K.

SERVES 1

100g blackberries, fresh or frozen
1 tablespoon Ninja Powder 
1 tablespoon chia sees
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
25g hazelnuts or almonds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder or extract
70ml almond milk
100ml filtered water
4 to 5 ice cubes

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender, and blast on high for at least 20 seconds  

  2. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
