This is a simple go-to recipe for warm summer days. You will get heaps of antioxidants from the blueberries, the spinach and of course our Ninja Powder. Exchanging oats for riced cauliflower makes this a good weight loss recipe.
SERVES 1
100ml coconut water / almond milk / water
1 frozen banana
1 handful spinach (fresh or frozen)
50g frozen blueberries
50g frozen riced cauliflower
1 tsp Ninja Powder
+ Optional: 1 tsp Hemp seeds, Matcha, Maca, Vegan Protein Powder
Top it up with:
extra berries, banana, coconut
INSTRUCTIONS

Place the cauliflower into a blender to shred it into "Cauliflower Rice"

Freeze it for a little bit, so it creates a smooth texture

Add all ingredients to the blender
- Blend until smooth & desired consistency
- Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings.
