Creamy Avocado Pistachio Mousse

Creamy Avocado-pistachio mousse combined with antioxidant-rich Ninja Powder and cacao granola for a breakfast that is as detoxifying and alkalising as it is delicious. Side effect include improved digestion, increased energy, weight loss support, and lots of love for the brain and the gut.

SERVES 2

Mousse
1 Avocado
50ml Hemp Milk
1 Banana 
1 handful Pistachios
1 Tablespoon Wildflower Honey
1 handful Spinach
1 Teaspoon Ninja Powder
Granola
1 Tablespoon Raw Cacao Powder 
4 Tablespoons (in total) Sunflower-, Sesame-, Pumpkin-, Flax Seeds
1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds
1/2 handful Almonds
1 Tablespoon Cacao Nibs
1 Tablespoon Coconut Flakes
1 dash of Vanilla 
1 dash of Himalayan Sea Salt
Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
1-2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

 

INSTRUCTIONS

          1. Preheat the oven to 120°C  

          2. Combine all Granola ingredients in a blender 

          3. Blend for 1-2 seconds to chop the seeds but not grind them

          4. if the coconut oil did not dissolve equally, give it a little help with a spoon

          5. Place the mixture on a baking tray, bake for 5-10 mins

          6. Combine all Mousse ingredients in a blender 

          7. Wait until everything is creamy, possibly adding more hemp milk

          8. Place the Mousse into a bowl and sprinkle with granola
