Creamy Hemp complements the banana perfectly, while adding a satiating protein boost. Add a teaspoon of honey if you’re feeling sweet.
100ml mylk (we used hemp milk)
2 frozen bananas
1 handful baby spinach
1 serving of Hemp Protein
1 tsp Ninja Powder
+ Optional: 1 tsp Hemp seeds
Add all ingredients to a blender
Blend until smooth & desired consistency
Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings.
