Keto Smoothie

Are you in need of a blood sugar lowering smoothie that will keep your energy levels stable while providing you healthy fats? Look no further:


150ml water
100ml mylk (we used low carb hemp milk)
1/4 avocado
1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
2 tsp Hemp Seeds
1 handful lightly packed baby spinach
2 teaspoons Ninja Powder

1 tablespoon Hemp Protein



  1. Blend the ingredients in a powerful blender until smooth.
