Keep the mixture in a jar in your fridge to always have a batch of Rawnola handy, to drizzle over smoothies, bowls or simply enjoy with a plant-mylk.
Granola
350g of pitted Medjool dates
3 Tbsp of Super Green Ninja Powder
160g of raw rolled oats
200g of dried coconut
2 Tbsp pure maple syrup or brown rice malt syrup (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Using your large food processor, add equal amounts of all ingredients except for maple syrup.
- Blend and pulse until desired consistency
- While pulsing, drizzle a small amount of maple syrup (optional), this helps make it more sticky. Store in a glass jar in the fridge.
